Guggenheim Downgrades Tenax Therapeutics to Neutral After LEVEL Data at ESC 2026

Tenax’s TNX-103 missed the LEVEL primary endpoint. Guggenheim cites encouraging subgroup data in sicker patients but says more work and longer studies may be needed.
