Unilever in Talks to Merge Food Business with McCormick in $60 Billion Deal

Unilever is in advanced talks to combine its food business (Hellmann’s, Knorr) with spice giant McCormick in a $60 billion deal. Unilever shareholders expected to own ~2/3 of the new food company.
