Rumble Completes Northern Data Acquisition, Rebrands Corporate Parent as RUM Group

Rumble has completed its acquisition of Northern Data and will now operate two core businesses: Rumble (video platform) and Quake AI (AI & cloud infrastructure), backed by 22,000 NVIDIA GPUs and major power capacity.
