Radian's Global Specialty Insurance Transformation: Acquiring Inigo, Divesting "All Other"

Radian is buying Inigo for $1.7B to become a global specialty insurer, doubling revenue & expanding. They're also selling off Mortgage Conduit, Title, & Real Estate Services. This is a big shift from being a U.S. mortgage insurer.
