Paradium.AI and Roundtable Sign 10-Year Media Deal, Pending Funding

Roundtable agreed to buy about 49.5% of Paradium at $3.80 a share in a private sale. Two dozen Paradium brands and nearly 100 million readers would move to Roundtable’s AI/DeFi platform if the deal closes in 2026.
