Digital Ad Tech Leader IAS Acquired by Novacap for $1.9 Billion

Novacap is buying digital ad quality firm Integral Ad Science (IAS) for $1.9 billion. The deal pays $10.30 per share in cash, a 22% premium. IAS will use the funds to invest in AI technology and growth. It will become a privately held company soon.
