Ecolab to Acquire CoolIT Systems for $4.75 Billion to Power Next-Gen AI Data Centers

Ecolab has agreed to acquire CoolIT Systems for $4.75 billion. The deal for the advanced liquid cooling leader will accelerate Ecolab’s organic sales growth by 1% and close in Q3 2026.
