Clayton Dubilier & Rice in Talks to Take Bubble Wrap Maker Sealed Air Private

Buyout firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice is reportedly negotiating to acquire Sealed Air, the $5.4 billion maker of Bubble Wrap and Cryovac, in a deal that could value the company at $40–48 per share.
