Allbirds Is Done: Once $4 Billion Shoe Brand Sells for Just $39 Million

Allbirds has signed a deal to sell its brand and assets to American Exchange Group for just $39 million. The once-$4 billion eco-sneaker company will dissolve after the sale closes in Q2 2026.
