Equitable to Merge with Corebridge in All-Stock Deal Worth $22 Billion

Equitable and Corebridge will merge in a $22 billion all-stock deal to create a major retirement and life insurance company with $1.5 trillion in assets. The deal is expected to close by end of 2026.
